Aperval

Aperval is a pilot-operated gas pressure regulator.

Particularly suitable for medium and low pressure natural gas distribution networks, it can be used with previously filtered non-corrosive gases.

It is classified as Fail Open according to the European Standard EN 334.

• Accuracy class AC: up to 5 | up to 1% absolute (depending on working conditions)
• Nominal sizes DN: 1″, 2″, 2″ 1/2, 3″, 4″
• Lock-up pressure class SG: up to 10
• Design pressure: up to 362 psig | 2.5 MPa
• Design temperature: from -4 °F to +140 °F | from -20 °C to +60 °C (higher or lower temperatures on demand)
• Connections: class 150 RF or RTJ according to ASME B16.5 and PN16 according to ISO 7500
• Minimum differential pressure: 6.5 psig | 45 kPa
• Range of downstream pressure Wd: from 0.07 to 137 psig | from 5 to 950 kPa
• Inlet pressure range bpu: from 7 to 362 psig | from 50 kPa to 2.5 MPa
